Free Shipping Noventra offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once confirmed, you'll receive an email with order details and tracking updates.
Shipping Method Due to the size and weight of our furniture, all orders ship via LTL freight carrier.
- Delivery is curbside by default
- The carrier will contact you to schedule your delivery window
- Someone must be present at the time of delivery
- Delivery address must be accessible for freight trucks
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery timelines vary by brand:
- Anderson Teak — Ships directly from the manufacturer. Estimated delivery 2–4 weeks after processing.
- O.W. Lee — Ships via third-party freight carrier. Estimated delivery 4–6 weeks after processing.
If your order includes items from both brands, they may arrive separately.
Order Tracking Tracking information is sent via email after shipment. Your freight carrier may also contact you directly to coordinate delivery.
Damages & Inspection Please inspect your order carefully before signing for delivery.
